Lynn Schreiber is native of Southern California and a twenty-year veteran of the Motion Picture Industry. Starting her career at Segue Music as a production assistant and typist, she worked her way up through the ranks at what was then the busiest and most prominent music editing "house" in the business. In 1995 she joined the editors guild and began training with Segue's elite group of craftsmen and women. Working on films such as "It Takes Two", "The Stupids", "D3: The Mighty Ducks" and "Chain Reaction" gave her the insight to understand the needs of the editing staff as well as the grueling hours that music editors often work. When not on a specific editing project, Lynn served as administrative support and gained an invaluable understanding of post-production scheduling and budgeting.
Her delicate, yet direct way of operating would eventually land her in the managing director's chair…at a time when Segue needed her. Following a corporate buyout and a move to a "swanky" executive tower on Sunset Blvd., She held the crew together, assuring them that the corporate surroundings would not change her style of management. And, her door was always open for anyone who needed a sympathetic ear. What followed were some of the most exciting and financially productive years in Segue's history.
In 2003 Lynn joined the other Mad 4 Music partners in order to design a business model that would allow her the flexibility to own and direct a company in the way she believed to be productive and fair. She knew this would attract the best talent as well as the type of clients she wanted to work for. The result of the Mad 4 partnership has been a shining success and Lynn's preeminent group of editors are among the finest in the industry.
When she is not in the office or working the phones, Lynn spends her time doting over her family. She loves traveling, listening to "classic rock" and playing in the pool with her Labrador retriever "Lacy."
